Crestron Flex Care provides 24/7 live remote technical support; expedited advance replacements; an extension of Crestron’s Standard Limited Warranty coverage on Crestron branded hardware from three (3) years to up to five (5) years, when continuous coverage is maintained; and a discounted rate for on-site support.
